Curb®
San Diego's Only
Entryway Detailing Service
I look forward to hearing from you.
FAQ
Q. What exactly do you clean?
A. We focus exclusively on the front door, porch, and entryway. That includes visible surfaces, fixtures, mats, steps, and details that shape your arrival.
For homes that want more than the front entry, Curb Plus extends care to additional areas such as side yards, rear entries, guest houses or walk paths.
The front entry is always the standard. Curb Plus applies that same standard beyond it.
Q. Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
A. Both. You can schedule a one-time reset or choose a routine plan to keep the space consistently cared for.
Q. Do I need to be home?
A. No. Curb® is designed to be seamless. We never enter the home, and you don't need to be present. As long as the entryway is accessible, we can complete the service and send before-and-after photos.
Q. Do you upsell?
A. No. Pricing is straightforward and predictable. From the moment you book to the moment the job is complete, Curb® is meant to feel like an experience. No hidden costs or back-and-forth negotiating.
Q. How long does a visit take?
A. It depends on the type of service and condition of the space. A Curb Reset or Restore takes longer than routine care, since it's designed to restore the entryway fully. Routine Curb Care visits are usually quicker once the space is maintained.
Most visits are completed within 2-3 hours, though some may be shorter or longer depending on scope and condition.
We don't rush the job. We work with intention, care and attention to detail, and we leave once the space feels right.
Q. What if I'm not satisfied?
A. If something isn't right, we make it right. Let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no additional cost.
Q. What products do you use?
A. We use gentle, effective solutions appropriate for outdoor surfaces and finishes. Nothing harsh. Nothing rushed.
Q. What if I need service immediately or plans change?
A. If you need service on short notice or need to reschedule, just reach out. We do our best to accommodate. Life happens. We respect that.
Q. What areas do you serve?
A. San Diego and surrounding neighborhoods.
Skeptics Corner
A fair place to ask honest questions.
Q. Why is this necessary?
A. Necessary isn't the right word. Visible is.
The most visible part of your home is also the most overlooked. Not because it doesn't matter. But because no one ever claimed it as their responsibility.
Q. Can't I just do this myself?
A. Of course. Most people can. Curb exists for those who value consistency over intention. The difference is not effort. It's follow through.
Q. Why not just ask my cleaner, gardener, or someone else to do this? They can probably do it cheaper.
A. They probably can. You might even get some pushback, because frankly, it's not their primary job.
Curb® exists for the same reason people don't ask their gardener to pressure wash or house cleaner to detail their car.
Every service has their lane. This space lived outside of all of them.
Curb® isn't about cost or an unnecessary luxury.
It's about ownership, consistency, and care for a space no one else is accountable for.
If this space matters to you, it matters to us.
Q. Why hasn't anyone offered this before?
A. Because most services stop where their category ends. The entryway lived in between. Until someone decided it deserved its own standard.
Q. Is this really for me?
A. It's really not for everyone. But if you've ever noticed this space and felt it deserved more care than it gets, then yes.
Curb® is for people who care about how their home greets them, and want someone accountable for keeping it that way.
